Lutherans
Outdoors in South Dakota is a camping
ministry serving and supported by the South Dakota Synod of
the ELCA and the Wyoming Conference of the Rocky Mountain
Synod. With five camps serving over 12,000 people each year,
Lutherans Outdoors in South Dakota offers year-round
ministry for youth and families of all ages.

camps engages in a daily rhythm of worship, Bible study and
conversation that gives depth to the fellowship and
adventures shared at camp. Each camp has unique adventures
for the campers.

Outdoors Operates Five Unique Camps in South
Dakota
NeSoDak is a waterfront camp
on Lake Enemy Swim in
northeast South Dakota. NeSoDak is open
year-round
Klein
Ranch is a large western horse ranch on
the high plains of north central South
Dakota. It is open for 3 months during the
summer and features horseback riding.
Outlaw Ranch is a comfortable dude ranch in
the heart of the Black Hills and is open
year round.
AMR is a high adventure youth camp which is
open for 3 months during the summer offering
camping in a Fort, service projects on an
Indian reservation, backpacking trips in
Wyoming and Black Hills, and programs to
design your own activities and
adventures.
Coming
soon....Joy Ranch is the
newest camp of Lutherans Outdoors, located
northwest of Watertown, SD. Programs
are being developed for family retreating
and therapeutic horseback riding for
children with special needs.
